In order to better utilize the potential of employees and to optimize production processes, Harrandt relies on collaborative robots (cobots) for the intelligent loading and unloading of the pistons on series production lines. A technology that can be transferred to automated series production in almost any area.
Harrandt measures hairpins faster than the eye can blink.
In stator production, manufacturers rely on the highest precision so that the individual hairpins with special curvature are absolutely identical in their geometric features and can be safely installed. Through the use of intelligent data analysis, processing and use, Harrandt has succeeded with the wire test module in enabling hairpin manufacturers to identify defective raw materials even before the start of the costly manufacturing process. Decisive production data is recorded and evaluated in real time and made directly available to all affected departments, regardless of the machine.
